Careers Day

On Friday 20^th January we held the annual Careers Day at Smallbrook School. Various external representative’s came in from Coleg Cambria, Cheshire College, NOVA Training, the Army, an independent careers advisor, the Fire Service, Rowlands Transport Company and Shrewsbury College. Students had the opportunity to speak with each of the providers to look at their options and possibilities for their future education and employment when moving on from school. Students interacted well with the representatives throughout the day and have taken away ideas and plans for the future. All the representatives enjoyed the day and have agreed to come back to the school, with the fire service coming back soon with a fire engine to show us all! A big thankyou to everyone who came to see the students, they had a great day and it was a valuable experience.
