Students took a trip to Newport Market Hall and Greenfields Farmers Market to get some inspiration for our very own market stall project! 🛍️

They chatted with stall owners about what it takes to run a stall day to day from food hygiene ratings and liability insurance to allergen info. ✅
They looked into the equipment required, such as refrigerated units for cold food, and discovered how products are attractively displayed and competitively priced, usually between £1.50 and £5. 💷 They also picked up creative ideas to attract customers with eye catching displays. 🎨👀

All this knowledge will help as we start planning our own stall exciting times ahead! 🚀
