Lets go outdoors!

At Smallbrook, our curriculum offers our students many opportunities to develop socially, this is done through lessons that involve group activities and experiences such as outdoor education. Our outdoor education lessons boosts confidence, social skills, communication, motivation, physical skills, knowledge and understanding. They are proven to boost self-esteem, self-confidence, ability to work cooperatively and promote a positive attitude to learning. Our students enjoy a rich variety of activities and sports in outdoor education, Skiing, biking and climbing being just some of the activities offered.

This week our key stage three students worked on developing their knowledge and skills of both indoor and outdoor climbing.
